WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

  • For Returns (Refunds): If you return a product due to personal preference, both-way shipping charges (Forward + Reverse Pickup) will be deducted from your total refund.
  • For Exchanges (Choice): For design or color exchanges, both-way shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
  • For Damaged/Wrong Items: We will provide a Free Replacement and cover all shipping costs.
  • Self-Shipping: If reverse pickup is unavailable at your pincode, please self-ship the parcel to the address below.

HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?

Once your return parcel reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 24 hours to your original payment method.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellation Period: Orders can be canceled only within 12 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Refund on Cancellation: In case of a fully or partially paid order cancellation, a 5% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
