RETURN & EXCHANGE PERIOD:
- Returns (For Refund): Request must be raised within 2 Days of delivery.
- Exchanges: Request must be raised within 7 Days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
NON-ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS:
The following customized items are strictly NOT eligible for exchange or refund:
- Customized products involving Stone Work or Tessel work.
- Stitched or tailored products.
- Custom Dyed products.
🚨 MISSING ITEMS & DAMAGE PROTECTION
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim for any missing items or damages, a clear, uncut, and unedited unboxing video is strictly required. The video must start before the package is opened. Without this video, no exchange or return requests for damages/missing items will be entertained.

WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
- For Returns (Refunds): If you return a product due to personal preference, both-way shipping charges (Forward + Reverse Pickup) will be deducted from your total refund.
- For Exchanges (Choice): For design or color exchanges, both-way shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
- For Damaged/Wrong Items: We will provide a Free Replacement and cover all shipping costs.
- Self-Shipping: If reverse pickup is unavailable at your pincode, please self-ship the parcel to the address below.

HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?
Once your return parcel reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 24 hours to your original payment method.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellation Period: Orders can be canceled only within 12 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Refund on Cancellation: In case of a fully or partially paid order cancellation, a 5% payment gateway charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Store Credit: You can opt for a Full Refund (100%) in the form of Store Credit with lifetime validity.
