• Dry clean only: Banarasi Kimkhab is a delicate fabric and should only be dry cleaned to prevent damage to the silk fibers.
• Handle with Care: The delicate fabric and intricate embroidery of Banarsi Gharara require gentle handling. Avoid pulling, stretching, or snagging the fabric.
• Store properly: Fold the garara carefully and store it in a clean, dry place. Avoid stacking heavy items on top of the garara.
• Ironing: If ironing is necessary, use a low heat setting and place a cloth between the iron and the garment to protect the fabric and zari work.

RETURN:

• Unfortunately, we do not offer returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 7 days of receipt.

In the beginning, we offered a full cash-on-delivery (COD) option for the convenience of our customers. However, we faced problems because customers were refusing the courier at the time of delivery. So, now Mohsin Textiles has introduced some rules for placing COD orders. By following these rules, you can still place COD orders.

COD BOOKING PROCESS:
To book any product, you have to make advance payment of 20% of the total amount. When placing a COD order, you will receive account details where you must transfer the 20% payment.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:
After making the payment, please take a screenshot and send it to WhatsApp at +91 9044703519 along with your order ID to confirm.

ORDER CONFIRM:
And when you receive a message from us saying "received," your order will be confirmed.

PREORDER NOTE:
We don't have some items ready to dispatch, and some are dyeable, which take 6-10 days for dyeing polishing and getting ready.

DELIVERY TIME:
So if you are preordering, it may take a maximum of 12-18 days for delivery. So,if you have time, then preorder.
