• Dry clean only: Banarasi Kimkhab is a delicate fabric and should only be dry cleaned to prevent damage to the silk fibers.
• Handle with Care: The delicate fabric and intricate embroidery of Banarsi Gharara require gentle handling. Avoid pulling, stretching, or snagging the fabric.
• Store properly: Fold the garara carefully and store it in a clean, dry place. Avoid stacking heavy items on top of the garara.
• Ironing: If ironing is necessary, use a low heat setting and place a cloth between the iron and the garment to protect the fabric and embroidery.

RETURN:

In the beginning, we offered a full cash-on-delivery (COD) option for the convenience of our customers. However, we faced problems because customers were refusing the courier at the time of delivery. COD BOOKING PROCESS:
To book any product, you have to make advance payment of 20% of the total amount. When placing a COD order, you will receive account details where you must transfer the 20% payment.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION:
After making the payment, please take a screenshot and send it to WhatsApp at +91 9044703519 along with your order ID to confirm.

ORDER CONFIRM:
And when you receive a message from us saying "received," your order will be confirmed.

PREORDER NOTE:
We don't have some items ready to dispatch, and some are dyeable, which take 6-10 days for dyeing polishing and getting ready.

DELIVERY TIME:
So if you are preordering, it may take a maximum of 12-18 days for delivery. So,if you have time, then preorder.
