About a month ago, we launched our new saree design Kalyug. Within just one day, the entire stock was sold out. Because of the high demand, we decided to open pre-orders.
One customer pre-ordered a navy blue Kalyug saree. Since we can only produce two sarees per day, and demand was high, her order was dispatched after 10 days.
When she received the saree, she gave us a 1-star rating. After we contacted her, we found out that there was a weaving defect in the saree. Normally, every saree is checked carefully by our quality team before dispatch, but sometimes though very rarely a defect may be missed.
We assured her that we have a 7-day exchange policy and asked her to return the saree. As soon as we received the return, we sent her a fresh saree. This time, she absolutely loved the quality and design. She was so happy that she changed her review from 1 star to 5 stars.
